I have been trying out some freezer meals in anticipation for putting up a few that first week of June to help us get through those first weeks after Maddie's birth a bit easier and have found two that I absolutely loved that were super easy to make. The above Chicken Pot Pie and a Chicken Tater Bake. The best thing about these recipes is that they each make two meals. One to eat when you make it and another to sock away in the freezer. Bonus!
